Our DeSite SLG series screeners are a good example of better, using simple technology, improved efficiency at a cost effective price. As we engineered our DeSite portable screener we wanted to make sure to offer a screener to fit everyone's needs and budget. All prices are Plus GST.
For skid steers bucket tractors and compact loaders we offer our DeSite SLG-78 series screeners.
The SLG-78-V is our base line screener that uses our quad spring cantilevered suspension design to move the screen deck. This screener uses the kinetic energy generated from our opposing coil and C springs to give the screen deck up to 250mm of deck travel. This screener with screen 10 to 15 metres of material each hour and sells for NZ$10,995+gst assembled, ex Nelson.

The SLG-78V is our base line SLG-78 that is fitted with our vibratory system. Our vibratory system mounts to the underside of the screen deck. Using 230volt 50htz power from a small generator or land power if available.) The SLG-78V offers more efficient screening in high moisture materials. Screening production will vary between 15 to 25 cubic metres each hour depending upon mesh size and moisture content. The price of the DeSite SLG-78V is NZ$10,995+gst assembled, ex Nelson

For customers owning the big skid steers with buckets wider than two metre buckets we have designed the DeSite SLG-108 Vibratory Screener. This screener has a 3 metre wide by 1.8 metre long screen deck. The 108 comes standard with our twin 220 volt vibratory pack that mounts to the underside of the screen deck. The SLG-108 with screen 20 to 40 metres each hour depending upon mesh size, moisture content, and machine used to feed the screener. The Desite SLG-108VFRB including vibrators, riser box, feed deflector, and rubber mat is ex Nelson $20,449+gst unassembled, or $21,299+gst assembled.

This is the SLG-108 sitting upon our 700mm high Riser Box. This screener has been designed to work with backhoes and wheel loaders with up to 2 cubic metre buckets. This screener has the ability to produce up to 50 cubic metres each hour and sells for ex Nelson $20,449+gst unassembled, or $21,299+gst assembled.
