Self dumping bins are a bulky and expensive item to ship in a cost effective manner so we have designed Better Built Bins to sleeve into each other. Having the ability to ship two or three bins using the same amount of space as one bin save big money on shipping costs.   Our bins are tapered so that one bine will fit inside the other, taking up less room when shipping. Sleaving our bins for shipping saves the customer money on shipping costs. These bins are offered in a 1, 2, and 3 yard capacity.

Desite Better Built Bins manufactured to the highest standards. Our bins are laser cut and CNC formed for accuracy and precision. All bins and bases are wire feed welded, inspected and then powder coated and baked for a durable finish.

We have designed our latching system so that it bolts to the bin. This allows the customer to unbolt and replace a part if it gets damaged.

We have engineered our bins with rail gussets for added structural support. We also have designed our bins with removable pins stops allowing the bin to be installed or separated quickly and safely.

Desite Better Built Bins have been designed with extra forming in the base to add structural strength to the base.

Our bins have a steeper dump angle than standard bins. Having a steeper dump angle helps to keep the bin clean when dumping products that want to stick or hang up.

Desite Better Built Bins have a reinforced track for the bin to run on. The bin runners are also a bolt on item that can be replaced if damaged by the forklift. We have designed tensioned truss rods into the bin runners that can be adjusted to keep the bin running straight.

You wanted a low cost, entry level, medium production, portable vibratory screener, therefore we went to work designing and building one for you.

Welcome to our PVG-12V-84. This portable vibratory screener uses 12 volt deep cycle batteries to power our 4000 rpm vibratory motor giving it a run time of 8 to 10 hours. Our center pivoting spring loaded screen deck measures 1.2m x 2.1m, moving up and down 76mm, while moving back 25mm creating a reversed vibratory shake action.

Constructed for Skidsteers, Bucket Tractors and Compact Loaders with up to 1.8 meter buckets, this heavy duty vibratory screener weighs 775kg and is manufactured out of 5mm plate with 10mm reinforcing. This unit was designed at only 2.3m in width so that it can be loaded cross ways on your trailer along with your machine.

Screening and recycling sand, soils, gravels and various other products is not a problem for the PVG-12V-84. This unit can be fitted with 10 additional screens from 6mm up to 150mm. In addition, there is the option to purchase an extra battery and battery box to extend your screener run time.

FEED HOPPER — The unique feeder design can be fitted with multiple mesh sizes to restrict oversized materials from entering the screening process. This allows for the screening of an extra product without the need for a second screen deck or conveyors. Our three mesh design not only controls the flow of materials onto and over the screen deck, but it allows for instant coverage of the deck when loading the feed hopper.

POWER SOURCE — The DeSite DPH-10 comes with a portable, skid-mounted, hydraulic power pack that can be loaded and moved around the work site with either a bucket or pallet forks. Inside our all-steel enclosure, there is a 114 liter hydraulic tank and an 8hp electric start diesel engine that drives an 36 lpm hydraulic gear pump.

SCREENER OPERATION — All of the functions of the screener and power pack are controlled wirelessly with a handheld, remote control transmitter from the operator’s cab. This signals the 12 volt receiver mounted inside the power pack.

SCREEN DECK — The screen deck on the DPH-10 is end-tensioned and attaches cantilevered on high carbon steel C-style springs. These work on a counter balance design that uses virtually no energy in the screening process. Two hydraulically operated eccentric drives move our 1.2m x 3m screen deck up and down 32mm, 400 times each minute.
